Guido de Brès Christian High School
Winter 2024
Complete wiring and commissioning of approximately 70 intrusion alarm zones, 30 IP security cameras, perimeter door access control, and integrated school lockdown and panic system. Our team installed approximately 30,000 feet of structured cabling for the security equipment. This project was done during extensive building renovations, and was completed in time for the school move in date.
Claremont Court Apartments
Summer 2023
This project consisted of seven individual low-rise apartment buildings on one large property. Each building required access control for the front and back exterior entrance doors. Since there was no interconnection between the buildings, a wireless point-to-point mesh system was required to connect all seven buildings together to make one big system. We installed CDVI’s Atrium Krypto high security access control system, as well as complete door monitoring, allowing the property manager to easily track users as well as door forced open or propped open alarms. All wiring in common elements of the building was professionally installed using conduit.

St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church
Summer 2022
STAM Security Controls provided the installation of an IP security camera system, including all cabling and conduit installation. Unlike standard sites, this job presented many challenges – specifically, all of the installation was required to follow stringent guidelines as the building is classified as a designated heritage site. This required a change in traditional installation methods. Cabling was installed in liquid-tight metallic conduit that penetrated the exterior of the building in specific locations, as to prevent drilling into any masonry. This also meant that partial sections of conduit was buried through the property to prevent the conduit being fastened to the masonry, as well as preventing vandalism. The majority of wiring inside the building was limited to the basement areas to not effect any portion of the main floor design. A secondary building on the property also housed additional camera and equipment. This building was entirely separate from the main church, which required the installation of a wireless point-to-point bridge to link the equipment contained in this building back to the main NVR located in the church.
